Returns and withdrawal

A 14-day right of withdrawal for our private customers.

1. Jelezze felénk

Küldjön e-mailt az office@pannonpiac.eu címre a rendelési azonosítóval és a visszaküldeni kívánt termékek megnevezésével.

2. Csomagolja be

A terméket eredeti, sértetlen állapotban, gondosan csomagolva küldje vissza. Mellékelje a számla másolatát és az elállási nyilatkozatot.

3. Küldje vissza

Postázza a 6224 Tabdi, Nagy Mihály dűlő 12. címre. A visszaküldés költsége a vásárlót terheli, kivéve hibás teljesítés esetén.

4. Visszatérítés

A csomag beérkezését és ellenőrzését követően 14 napon belül visszautaljuk a vételárat az Ön által megadott bankszámlára.

Important information

When does the right of withdrawal not apply?

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons, counted from receipt of the goods. This right does not apply, among other cases, to products with opened or damaged packaging, or where the condition of the product has changed beyond what normal use would cause.

The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to our reseller partners; for them the terms set out in the contract govern.
